I purchased gems on sunday morning gmt time and the payment has left my paypal account and bank also shows this i have left a ticket in the support and still no answer what do i do ? i have waited almost three days and ticket has been open almost as long to not one reply am i allowed to charge back

yes but after 42+ hours a guy starts asking questions to make sure im not forgot smartbobby. im just making sure as many staff can see this. and im also asking whether i can use paypal to charge back to dispute and return my money. (not that i want to)
