4k Scaling
One of the anet developers looked at this recently, and let us know that it isn’t a simple change to make — and, sadly, that there are currently no plans to add 4K support.

Heck, 2560×1440 is just fine with normal size interface, as far as I’m concerned. Nothing is especially difficult to read or identify, text is acceptable even to my less than optimal eyes.
3200×1800 is the compromise i’m running
This should be a problem for more and more players, because better monitors and better graphiccards are continueing to become chaeper.
If your options don’t show 3200×1800, it should be possible to enable it in your graphic driver.
Honestly, with 4K displays becoming more popular and even consoles are supporting the resolution (games may not run at true 4k), it would be nice for GW2 to have better scaling support for the resolution.
Currently I am at 1440p, but will be upgrading to a 4K display soon. I’ve already seen the interface scaling issues with Nvidia DSR :-(.
Please add better scaling support for higher resolutions.
