At least you got a response, just provide the man the information he needs to help you. Don’t blow it, I would kill for help with my account ._.

Really indirect you got a line of communication directly with Anet and your letting pride blow your chance at fast support resolution.
Mark, if you want to use your time on someone happy to have your help please see my psot in the hacked account thread. I’m sure my brother will be much more appreciative of your time.
It has nothing to do with pride, merely that the situation is literally all within the ticket. I did not post on the forums to have the entirety of my issue posted publicly. I posted because it’s been a WEEK since I submitted the ticket with no CSR response.
If you feel slighted, make your own thread.
Perhaps it’d be quicker for them to simply know the situation beforehand without having to sort through thousands of tickets or punch in the code? You’re being given support, and you’re rejecting it—just follow their instructions.
It might get your issue sorted faster.

First, the ticket was created four days ago, not six.
Secondly, I am looking at your ticket. It appears that you mis-clicked and purchased the wrong armor. While I appreciate that you would like assistance, this is not something that we can correct for you.
