i know its only me because my friend doesn’t have the same problem as i do, but y can i go in the the germ story and black lion trading company. when i press the button to go on germ store, there is only the loading circle spinning and spinning and nothing appears. i found the same problem when trying to charge RP in league. i know something is wrong in my PC but what is it? it used to work

Hey there,

I would like for you to delete the Temporary Cache for Guild Wars 2. To do this:

In Windows, press the “Start” button and locate the “Search programs and files” bar at the bottom of the start menu.

Type in % temp % (without the spaces in between the percent signs).

Press “Enter” and a new window should appear with the location of

“C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp”

Locate the folder labeled "gw2cache-{RANDOM NUMBERS} and delete it.

I don’t suggest you go into the germstore…but if you do, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
