Hi, just logged in and a weird message appear when i try to buy some gems using my gold, the pop-up ask me to upgrade my account to use this feature as u can see in the image below.
Pratically the system recognize me not as normal user anymore but as trial user so i can’t fully use the trading post.

Is an temporary failure or i should open a ticket ?
ps: My account is standard edition and i’m in game since day-1.

Having the same problems.. just finished the scarlet event and unable to sell anything on the Black Lion Trading Market.

I’m having the same problem here. A few hours ago i sold some items in TP, but now it shows the same msg.

Same here… I was about to buy several axes, sickles and mining picks from the Gem store (since the sale is ending soon) and I can’t do that either -_-
What the heck is going on Anet? This has been a real pain for the past 3 weeks now: getting errors, getting disconnected from server in WvW, in PVE, right in the middle of events…
GW2 has been a great game to play, but I’m starting to think about other games… I’m tired of these problems that seem to pile up update after update. Adding content is great, but not if you have to sacrifice to game stability for it….

Same problem here! And I’m worried that I’m not going to be able to redeem my new Gem Card before the TP big anniversary sale ends: 16 hours left in the sale!
What are the chances ArenaNet corrects this in the near future?

COULDN’T AGREE MORE! But I hope ANet figures out the solution to these issues, as these bugs are consistantly effecting the quality of gameplay. I love this game and don’t want to have to stop playing, but where do you draw the line?

I’m having the same problems – can’t purchase gems. I guess ANET doesn’t want our money… which would actually be a good thing, seeing as of late it turned into a manifesto disregarding, silver tongued, money loving entity

Having the same issue. Have been playing the game since headstart, digital deluxe edition. Relogging doesn’t help.

Same problem, sold things fine.. went and finished a scarlet invasion.. had a weird disconnect then was unable to sell to TP with same error message appearing. Played since beta.

Same issue, just come back from an invasion and suddenly I’ve been unable to sell at the tp.

I am having the same issue and I also have held a Deluxe account since day 1.

Nobody has had any fix for this yet?

I am having the same problem It is constantly asking me to upgrade the account so now I cannot use the trading system
Please get it sorted as my bags are full :/

Guys, you should report the error via the bug report in the game. If you post it here they might not read it until tomorrow.

Basicly whole aurora glade is having this issue aswell, any news ?

I reported this as a bug within the game, did guild bounty & challenge and by the time I was finished the problem was fixed :-)

i sergest any 1 that was trying to buy stuff off the tp checks the gold as i went in2 wvw only to come out and find that every thing had gone with nothing to collect

it was server side issue and they fixed it

also , there are may posts in account issues about this error and i think it is not in the right section

Unable to buy or sell anything. All blank except “pickup coins/stuff” Deleted cache…no joy. Please help.
