Botting!?
When someone gets a sudden ban for botting but haven’t been playing for a while, they were probably hacked and the hacker was using their account.
So, first thing you need to do is run a security check on your computer. After your computer is clean, change the password on your email in case they have gotten into that.
Have you made a ticket yet? Your post is a little unclear. If you have not yet done so go to
Support-top of page. Submit a request-top of page. From there make a ticket.
The process will undoubtably take a few days from start to finish but if you were not botting you should get your account back.
You said that my account could have been hacked and I asked a friend to see the last time my account was logged. Has less than six days !! The strange thing is that referring to the list of IP I saw that everyone has the number and an abbreviation BR (live in Brazil), with one exception, with only IP numbers, without any abbreviation. Is it possible that IP without stating locate, have hacked my account and practiced some break the rules? Even though I have access to my account and email? If yes, how do you think I should I do to recover my account? Game since BWE1 and would not want to stop playing the GW2
It does sound like you were hacked if a foreign IP was used and your account was played and it wasn’t you.
So, do the security sweep. Change your email’s password. Then, if you haven’t done so, contact support.

The team reviewed this twice, and I just took another look with a senior agent. The account was involved in the disallowed use of a third party program, such as a bot program, and there is no evidence that it was accessed by anyone other than the owner.
You may continue to discuss with the team, but this really appears to be a closed matter.
