Hi

I’m on a Mac, playing from Australia. When I open the client the updater started, gets to 27mb, then the speed drops to 0 and won’t progress.

I’ve tried restarting and repairing but it hasn’t helped. This has been happening for the last week or so.

I’ve seen other threads on the forum similar to this but without a solution. I’d really like to play when the season restarts.

You can always try deleting the GW2 folder in Application Support in the user library – the instructions are in the sticky thread of this forum.

Same problem here, but it stops at 7MB…

Deleting Application Support and Cache directories have not helped.

Running Mac OS 10.9.5 – MacbookPro Retina 2014 with Intel Iris Pro.

I’m trying to perform a full reinstall (haven’t played for a while) and yesterday it worked for a couple of hours but my try to download the rest over the night failed cause of this 7MB download cancelling.

Any other suggestions?

Also a complete reinstall doesn’t change anything. Downlaoded ~15% without a problem but then the download hang up again. Now cancelling at 11MB or 15MB.

That’s very frustrating if you want to start playing GW2 again…

same for me like vestid..im in australia too and the update stuck at 26 mb and stay 0%. clear the library didn’t work
