For some reason my sons account can access Lake Dorc, but all previous installments of the season before it and after it?

Is there actually some reason for this.

Has your son’s account done the ‘The Head of the Snake’ story step ‘Eyes on Lake Doric’ from Living World Season 3?

If so, maybe repeat it on another character?
