Can't brows GEM store.
You may want to try and repair the game.
1) Navigate to theGW2 directory normaly located at “C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\” or “C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\”
2) R-Click “Gw2.EXE” then select Send To>Desktop (create shortcut)
3) One your Desktop R-Click the “Gw2 – shortcut” and Rename it to “Gw2 Repair”
4) R-Click the “Gw2 – Repair” shortcut and select Properties
5) In the tagert line, all the way to the right after the quotation mark add a space then type the following: -repair
Example: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -repair
Example 2: “C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\” -repair
6) Click Apply then OK
7) Run the GW2 – Repair

Thanks for the help but this did not repair the issue, I will repost this on the correct forums as I just notice this is the Tech and not Bug forum.
Try deleting the contents of your temporary directory for your OS. This worked for me when I had this issue.

Also,
Make sure the Awesomiumprocess.exe(or something like that) is running.
