Guild Wars 2

So for the past week or so now the game has been crashing every few hours when I play. The screen just freezes up goes black with the music still in the background and it says error can’t connect to the game client etc

And now finally this morning when I tried to log on it brought up that error code and said “The server was unable to authenticate your gaming privileges” ? Does that mean I have done something wrong? Or is that just an error?

Any way It also said something about turning off your firewall could help but I have had gw2 for months and my firewall has never affected gameplay?

Never mind I found out it was due to a corrupted password on the log in screen. So if anyone gets this error code reenter your password and you should be good.
