Guild Wars 2

I’ve tried everything.
Deleted client, library, run terminal and repair code but nothing
I see Icon on my dock, icon on Activity monitor, but I can’t see nothing on screen.
I buyed Throne too, same client, same problem.

What can I do now ?

not a lot of information here. Does anything pop up at all? a critial error window? anything?

I was having issues with GW2 on my macbook pro getting it to run, but here is what I did to make it work for me..

went to FInder, Applications, then found my Guild wars 2 icon. Right click, and select show package conents. then open the folder it shows (should be a folder name Contents). Once opened, open the folder called MacOS. there is a file called cider. Make a copy of that and put it on your desktop ( will make sense in a minute). Run Cider. it should open up the terminal and start doing its thing, then open up the GW2 Splash/login letting you into the game.

The reason for the copy to desktop: so you dotn have to jump through folders next time you want to play.

More Mac Client Problems: Running client normally produces an empty invisible window that cannot be interacted with and the game never runs. If I run repair on it, it’ll finally load up and work properly, but I have to run repair just to run the kitten game.
Rig: iMac 14,2 running OS 10.11.2, with the NVIDIA GeForce GT755M 1024 mb VRAM

I’m having a similar problem. Been trying to download the game for the last few days. tried to leave it overnight but an error always pops up, interrupting the download.
It was past the playable limit, and I could play it, but only for about 10min. It would close on it’s own after that. No error message, nothing.
After the most recent OS update, i can’t even open the launcher. The icon appears, but nothing else. To quit it I have to do a force quit.
I tried to run the repair command on the terminal:

/applications/guild\ wars\ 2.app/contents/MacOS/cider —use-dos-cwd C:Gw2 -- C:\\GW2\\GW2.exe –repair

but the only thing that shows after that is:

No idea if that helps. Has anyone been able to get past this issue?
