Guild Wars 2

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to change the email address associated with your account. I’ve just picked the game back up after 2ish years away, and the old address I had associated with the account was hacked a while ago and I have a new, secured email.

Any help would be appreciated!

You have to submit a support ticket to change the email associated with your account. The support link is located at the top of the page. Note: Sometimes the support links on the forum pages can be buggy and give an error. If that is the case you can try the same link from the main GW2 website.

ouch you will need to contact customer support for that one . and make only one ticket . and right now it could take 7 or so days to get a reply back .giving the backlog support is on right now with the new pack coming out next month .

and keep checking your e-mails as that is how support will contact you . also too check your spam box incase it happens to go their

I think customer support is the only ones that can change your e-mail with out the need of making a new account . good luck
