Ever since the Halloween Update my client keeps crashing every 10-15 Minutes exactly… It won’t even show the error code just crashes and restarts =/
Just adding salt to the ol’ wound after spending $20 USD & 3 Gold coins on black lion keys and getting nothing but total crap (nothing halloween related not even a piece of candy corn)

It’s been happening since the patch came out, I decided to be patient and chill and wait and see if it would be fixed and It has not and this driving me up a wall. x_x

Same issue. Never had crash/disconnect issues before patch.

Same here. Never had an issue before. I get generic message saying I’ve been disconnected from the client and I should try and reconnect in a few minutes. It’s happened 3 times in the past hour or so and had not happened once before this update. I have logged over 300 hrs and never seen this issue. Anet please help!

Same thing here… rarely had any disconnects, and now I am getting them every 15 to 20 minutes, whether I am in a busy area or quiet, active or idle. Very frustrating and have already missed out on rewards from escort missions because of it.

lets clarify if we’re talking about two separate things or one. A crash comes with a crash dialogue with the bug submit option. A disconnect is an in-game error telling you of a disconnect and to restart and try to connect again. My issue is the disconnect, every 10-30min.

I am having the same disconnect issue since the patch. It has happened about 20 times now and really don’t feel its fair to others to join any dungeon groups, etc.

The error code is 7:1000:7006:836:101.

I am also getting a disconnect issue that happen in all zones, dungeons etc w/ the error code 7:1000:7006:836:101 as above. Frequency is also about every 20 mins.

You’re lucky. I maybe get a minute before it crashes me. I keep getting 7:1000:7006:836:101 and 7:11:3:189:101 errors. I can’t even mine candy corn without getting kicked.

I am getting the same disconnection with the same error code as above which only started happening after the Halloween update.

ditto. Every 20 to 30 minutes I get disconnected. Just since the patch. Incredibly frustrating.

Come on Areanet – at least give us some feedback – tell us you are aware of it and looking into it, instead of just nothing at all. An estimated fix time would be good but a confirmation that you are aware is a minimum.

Same thing happening here. I have had flawless connection until now.
