I am constantly getting disconnected tot he point where i cant even play the game i have uninstalled the game and installed it again and that didn’t work. I disconnect 5 seconds in cant even use a skill i keep getting an (Code=7:11:3:191:101) Can anyone please help me

Also ill be in edge of the mist and it works perfectly fine but once i leave i have the problem and just disconnect

Same here. I started to try early morning about 7 am and since then keep giving it a try regularly up to now 11:30 am… No way. Simply impossible to play. I am in central Europe (GMT+1).

Since yesterday i am having ping issues and now when i click the char it disconnects,at 4th time loaded correctly but stuck on loading screen and the timer keep running!!
When im on EBG ping is at 80-130 and when i travel on borders goes from 160 to more than 350!!
I’m on EU!!

i get a disconnect about every 5 minutes…..started last night, same problem this morning…..my download and uploads speeds are great…..seams others are having the same problem…located usa east coast…..HELP

Same here. Some maps are ok but if I go to Bitterfrost or WvW it boots me to character select. East Coast / Comcast

It is not going better than when I posted earlier this morning. The only thing is that by now, I have identified what areas and towns work more or less well, and what ones are to be avoided. Typically, in my case, Noble’s Folly is the worst place to be for now. I get kicked off after less than 2 minutes. On the other hand, I was farming in Sparkfly Fen and Orr areas without any troubles.

Same problem here, been getting constant dc problems since last nite, doesn’t matter where I try to go, after bout 30 sec – dc’d. US east coast. Not on my end, can play Steam games without any issues, it’s just GW2

This is happening to me as well. I can’t load into any of the new zones for longer than a minute before a DC. (Lake Doric, Bloodstone Fen, Bitterfrost Frontier and Ember Bay. I can load in to older world maps most of the time. However, I just tried to zone in to Fields of Ruin and DC’ed after a couple of minutes. East Coast, USA here.

The issue most likely lies with a node or backbone between the game server and the area effected since it appears to be locolised to the east coast USA. If you post a ping path report you all may be able to track it down so fare I have not had any issues here in Colorado so the issue is the path your getting routed to the game server not the game server itself the only recourse you have is to send ping path reports to your isp they are the only one that can forward that to company that maintains the path your on. Good luck!

Central Europe player here. Since about the start of this week I also get a lot more random disconnects than I ever had before with this game. Everything is fine ping and connection wise and I just suddenly lose connection to the server and get booted to character select.
Now given, it’s way less frequent that with some of you guys, but it happened quite a few times this week and today even 2 times in the course of five minutes.
Which was rather annoying, as one of those dcs rolled my account back like 30 seconds and I lost out on a nice drop from a container I opened. (The second time I opened it I got a different item)
Than there also are the problems with pvp queue that seem to go on at the moment.
A lot of people just get kicked from the queue again and again.
I wonder if they have got some problem with their login servers.

Same here, Constant disconnects for the last 5 days. Very frustrating as I get teleported to the entrance WP of the map I was in after I log back in.

I’d like say that starting Thursday (9/21/2017) its been consistently dropping me as well. It’s incredibly frustrating, please Anet team, look into it what’s going on with your network? First time I’ve been dropped so much. It’s not my internet for sure, been on and off playing since 2012, never seen something this bad.

I’ve been having connection troubles too for about 2 days. If I connect to a different network it works fine, but the home network is havng trouble.

Everything else runs fine on the home network though. I’m getting 30mbps downloads and 10mbps uploads and able to stream movies and all sorts. Just GW2 affected.

I have more detail in the thread I made but perhaps you guys can try the troubleshooting I tried and see if it works for you?

Same problem here. Can’t play for more than a couple minutes despite my internet connection being flawless with everything else.
Days from a expac launch, right after spending money again on this game, being kept from playing the game is starting to get me proper frustrated. Are we gonna get some kind of answer about this or can I call my bank and retract the payment for the preorder already?

Update: Running the repair application (you can find it inside your root GW2 installation folder) seems to have fixed the issue. So far I’ve been playing for about 20 minutes without getting disconnected so I’m assuming the issue has to do with file corruption? I’ll update again if it stops working, but hopefully the problem is solved.

Update: ‘Repairing’ is a temporary solution, for some reason every time I restart the client I have to run the repair tool again or it will not even load the area before disconnecting me. And it still only works about half the time, I get random disconnects even though my internet connection is perfectly stable.
Months old issue still waiting for an answer. The lack of official communication both in the Forums and Client Support about a game-breaking issue is astonishing. Nothing new under the sun.

Same here. Happens at different times of day, no consistent hour during my evening play, but it will be a bout of disconnects within the span of an hour.

Buzzwords from what I’ve seen in ping/packet traces: Telia, Level3, and some transfer step around Richmond that’s being a butt. Not sure how much ANet can do about it, or if I need to raise hell with my ISP about it.
