DDE at Launch doesn't get Legacy n box?
Nope, and we won’t. By the time these bonuses were introduced, many veteran players already had them in one form or another anyway. At any rate, the legacy armor skins are still available in the gem store, and 18 slot bags are a dime a dozen. The bonuses were introduced as a carrot to entice new players to the game.

The older purchase for the Digital Deluxe Edition did not receive the Suit of Legacy Armor or the Heroic Chest, but any new purchases of the Digital Deluxe Edition will contain them. You can see what each edition offers by visiting this link.
