I’m a player in the EU server Gunnars Hold.

Now I’m getting pretty angry. Yesterday I thought the lags and dcs were just a small problem that would be gone the next day…. but now its worse.

It started off with some lagging, and then the disconnects. The more I tried to connect, the more I got disconnected… and now I can’t last a minute in the game without being dced.

I know there are alot of the same topics, but I hope ArenaNet will get on it and see the number of complaints. This is ridiculous. The game is unplayable.

I’m also on Gunnars. Lag in Eternal borderland is awful. Unplayable.

I play on Whiteside Ridge and many of us are having lag-dcs problems as well…

Same here, EU Server Desolation. Game is UNPLAYABLE….

I was blaming my internet since it snowed nearby last night…but then I run speedtest and it’s fine and pingtest gives me an A
I get ingame lagg…1-2 minute where nothing responds and then I dc
This morning it made my internet (not modem) not work at all for about 15 minutes :|

Whatever they did the game is simply unplayable due to disconnects.
How about Anet bans all the frigging gold farmers lagging our servers like crazy.
All those bots gotta take up a ton of bandwith.

Wow guys. I’m bumping and also confirming my friends on other servers (Not Tarnished Coast at least) are still having this problem too. It all started with the unannounced maintenance a week ago. Don’t say “it WAS announced”. It was made known, yes, but in a way that was about as official as my bank sending a musical barbershop to my door in lieu of a bank statement on paper.

PS: Also, gold farming is no longer profitable unless your server is really behind on their info. The only way to make decent gold in this game is with luck or exploiting the market. I account for the fact that the definition of “decent” gold has changed.
