still getting an error please try again later when attempting to purchase gems in game, ive sent a ticket still got no reply and only 18hours left on bank tab sale, im going to be mighty kittened if i miss this.
You can update your ticket to include the desire to purchase items on sale. The CS Team may honor said sale when the issue is resolved, if the request is submitted before the sale ends.

It’s a bit hit and miss… in Australia, they were difficult to find about 2 years ago, but EB games have restocked them now. Which is great, cos the exchange rate makes it more worthwhile than buying (in US$) directly from Anet.
I saw the sale on for bank tabs today so went to buy some gems but got a credit card billing error, my card is fine, i was buying stuff just the other day out the gem store, so whats going on?, if you dont want my money just tell me.
not sure what country your from as you did not say but . guessing I have to say your bank turned down digital river . which does anets gems transactions . when using bank cards for gems .
when your bank saw that they said no to it and declined it . me being in the usa this happens to some of us here too as well . with our banks saying no to digital river till we call them and say your making that digital buy . and it is safe to let the transaction with digital river go threw .. hope this helps you good luck
