Extreme lags in wvw
I got same issue in wvw, i even can’t using my skill in combat.
PVE is fine, but wvw just like a hell..
Anet !! please do something asap..
Same problems. 5+ second lag. It is unplayable.
Lost connection to the server 3 times trying to complete a personal story. Quit the game and ran internet speed tests but there was nothing wrong with the local connection. The forum sometimes hangs up, too.
Yak’s Bend here. I’m a big WvW/EotM player and the lag has only been happening to me whenever there are a lot of people playing in the EotM instance or WvW map I am in. If not a lot of people are playing, then I don’t have this issue. Haven’t been able to play reset night without connectivity lag and disconnects for a couple weeks now. I bet people who don’t have this problem are enjoying the easy kills I provide them.
I also play on yak’s bend and have been having serious issues in WvW tonight. I have had lag repeatedly and lost connection to server 4 different times so far as of this posting, also noting that all 4 times have been during loot/ wvw xp times such as capping smc. One time had lag spike just as entering center of smc, another time lag spike and lost connection right before we capped smc, came back and asked bout others losing connections during smc cap and only 1 other person admitted to losing connection. My wife is playing gw2 as well but not in wvw and nor is she having connection issues. I personally believe that it’s hackers targeting certain people doing something to cause lag such as lag switches or some other tool to close connections due to the fact that my wife isn’t having these issues and only certain people seem to be losing connections combined with fact only seems to happen at very inopportune times as mentioned.

Same issue. 5-35 second skill activation times and on reset in 2 hours of play I got disconnected 25 times.
I thought it was simply my connection but I’m on Henge of Denravi and having similar issues. In WvW its alot of lag, frequent disconnects, and general un-playability as of Tuesday’s living world update. I’m not showing packet losses but a delay in response from the server IP.
