Friend can't create account
Hello. A friend of mine and I just bought this game. While the account process worked for me and I was able to upgrade my beta account, he is unable to create a new account from his email. The error he gets is:
“That password is not available. Either you’ve used it before, someone else has used it before, or it’s known to have been hacked from another game or web site. Please choose a new, unique password for your Guild Wars account. We recommend creating a new password by choosing four random, unrelated words, as shown in this comic strip.”
He has tried doing the recommendation and has also used completely jumbled up letters and numbers. Nothing works for him and he’s constantly greeted with this error. Can someone help? To freshly purchase a game for $50, only to be greeted with this error on step 2 is incredibly frustrating which could result in an immediate refund.

Yes, they work 24/7. Have your friend check his spam and junk folders. He should have gotten, at least, the automated ‘we received your request for help’ response.
Also, be advised that there is a cooldown (I believe) on creating passwords. I am not sure what it is, an hour or two, so he may only need to try again after waiting a period of time.
