I Wonder, will i get 80lvl character boost imediately after buying Path of Fire’s preorder, or i need to wait until expansion’s premiere?

You will receive the extra items after purchase (with the exception of the Ultimate edition’s Gems, which have a waiting period). You don’t have to wait for release.
