Guild Wars 2

my game is crashing sometimes once I select a character and it is logged in, sometimes when I zone, say to Nobbles’ Folly…
then I get a window to send Arenanet an error report.
Is there a fix for this?
I have changed the priority on Task Manager to high but still keep crashing.

that was only about half.
it seems the game client is not downloading the updates as I open the game on my wife’s computer and it downloads updates I do not get. Here is the rest of the details:
