I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I haven’t any problems or complaints until just a few days ago. I tried to launch the game and it was telling me my account info was wrong, so I went onto your site and tried logging in with the same exact log in and it worked. So I went back to the launcher and typed the same exact thing and it didn’t work. I un-installed guild wars 2 then re-installed it and tried again, now it’s letting me log in but once the game launches the screen goes black. I’d appreciate it if you would please look into this problem because I really badly want to play your game. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience I may be causing, your game is by far one of my favorites and I hope to play it again soon.
