Guild Wars 2

I just made an account on gw2 and I cant loggin, It says I filled in an incorrect password or account name.
Error Code: 11:1001:2:1524

And than when I try to ‘’Recover Account’’ and fill in my serial code, email and username it says the following:

There’s been an error. Please contact support.

What can I do ?

Just to check, when you try to log in are you using your email or your account name?

Your “account name” is your email.

Display name (in your case, Goyo.4263) is the name displayed on the forums and in-game as the name of the account (you can see this name, for example, by right clicking someone’s name and hitting “report” – the dialogue box that pops up will have it.)
