Guild wars 2 account terminated: exploit
Also my support account is terminated anet is so mad at me and i really really reallly dont know what i did. Any help to reverse this would be much appreciated.
Hey yeah i know arugz we only do pvp how come he get an exploit?

and yea it was my first time posting last night in pvp forums to complain about pvp content. can that be the reason ?
what’s weird is i was informed that my character is online and that hes in the heart of the mist.

First off all, Your account is showing logged in (green) as soon as your logged in. The log-in server does let you log-in (verification that it is you) but then it doesn’t let you go further cause you are suspended. I’ve seen an uprise of suspensions for using an exploit recently. This can (likly) mean two things.
a: It has to do with any new content (e.g. the mysterybox).
b: It is an old exploit you might have been using months ago. But Anet only just found out bout it themself and have gone through log-files to find out who used it and how many times.
The problem with an exploit is that support won’t tell you what you did here. The reasonis that it is against the rules to advertise exploits. By telling you here what you did they are confirming an exploit and even advertising it. This does bring us to your second point. Why is your support account terminated. That is a valid question that actually could be answered here.

It must be B because i never did mysterybox yet. And I wasn’t interested on the tixx as well. I’m still hoping for an answer here.
I got really sad when i saw the error message, its like serving jail time for a murder you didn’t commit. i hope this can be lifted.
whoa! what happened? you should log a support ticket, that’s much faster.. it must be just a mistake.
Check your mail box. If you got banned, there will be a reason why?
@Lafiel, sadly no email was sent to me regarding this matter.
I was able to log in to my support account just now and opened a ticket for this already.
Im still hoping this can be resolved as I am 100% that i have not done anything repetitive that is close to being an exploit.

Great, so that means at least your getting an answer. Would like to know how this ends. but keep in mind: No advertisement of exploits methods. So do not go in to details here.

Sad that when i submitted a ticket regarding gem purchase when i purchased the game, the response was fast.
Still no information why i was banned.

Took two days for them to admit they’d wrongly suspended me. Then they didn’t unsuspend me even tho they said they had. It took another day for them to say sorry for not unsuspending me when they said they had.
So.. don’t hold your breath, you’ll just turn blue.
pve, raid, pvp, fractal, dungeon, world clearing, legendary questing.. Zapped!
