My account was hacked and I submitted a ticket, but I haven’t gotten a response after a certain point for 4 days.

I was wondering what is going on with my account, and if anyone could keep my updated.

My account got hacked the other day but managed to gain access with changing the password and just keep trying to log in .

support was really good and got back to me within the day and then changed my world back. luckily nothing was taken and they was just playing on my character :/ .

Have hope and good luck with getting it back.
