Guild Wars 2

Hello, I have been an active player in Guild Wars 2 for about a year now on a free account, and just recently on Sunday April 23rd, I bought Heart of Thorns Standard version due to saving some money for it. Then when I was scrolling on Twitter, on my twitter feed I saw that the official Guild Wars 2 tweeted about the price drop on Tuesday. At the time I just bought the game on Sunday (two days before), and my issue lately has been since I bought the game I have been thinking it over and I wanted to ask or know if it is possible to get a partial refund of the $20 due to the price drop. Or if something could be arranged, it would be nice to talk to a support representative if possible. Thank you.

Go there and submit a ticket. From what I’ve heard they’ll generally refund you the difference
