How do i get to the english support?
Not sure if this will work or not but at the top of the page just to the left of the submit a request there is a language selector. Set it to English and then click submit a ticket.

already tried that as well as deleting cookies and stuff keep getting german emails also it changes back after changing sites
Change your browsers’ settings to only English? Perhaps, you have German as one of the languages.
Ask the CS Team to only reply in English?

well the account was created while i was in germany so i guess theres like a hidden setting for the account . my browser is in english now and responding to the email saying english only please is kinda pointless since the german support is down and they wont read it until they are back up
You can’t get to the english support page by typing the URL in directly?
Or using the link provided in the FAQ Sticky above?

well i get to the english support page, fill out everything in ENG , when i receive the automated message its in german
And the responses from the actual CS Team members? Are those in German or English?
I would not put much stock in the automated responses.
Did ArenaNet state the German CS Team is ‘down’? Or did players state that because responses have been so delayed? As far as I can tell, all the CS Team members are in the same place; Michael has talked about (and responded to) German tickets (and other languages).
You can always send an email to support@guildwars2.com, though the usual response is to use the web-form. Still, you could explain your predicament…maybe there will be some other response.
Do be aware: Creating multiple duplicate tickets will only slow the process of an actual Team Member responding (sending you to the back of the queue). It’s best to close all tickets, save the original.
Good luck.

Bacta, you are correct – there’s a setting on your account that says you’re a German speaker, so all your tickets get flagged as German by default. Looks like someone already replied to your ticket (though I’m not sure why they replied in German).
thanks for the response , yea im in contact with someone right now my german is super rusty but it will work , is there a way to change my country? or at least the language settings , im travelling alot between europe and the states.
