Ok so I wanna change my email, but Ive deleted the email with all the keys etc and i cant submit request cuz it shows error that Im missing info etc. even when i had the keys, i was writing and it always showed that smthn is missing like i dont understand why is it so kitten frustrating to write to support??? pls take some advices from riot r blizzard arenanet

Make sure you select the option under “specific issue”, it is a drop down menu via a link that reads, “no selection” until you click it. Choosing an option there is required. This is often overlooked and can cause the error. The game key isn’t a required field so you shouldn’t need it. Just make sure you fill out every field with an asterisk beside it and any other pertinent information you can provide in the other fields.

Yeah, I think they really need to make that field more obvious. A lot of people don’t notice it.
