Good Day,

I recently bought 2 items at the black lion traders and got a friend to mail me some crafting supplies. I have not received the in game mail from any of these situations. Where did my mail go?

Please note that you can have a maximum of 10 mails in your mailbox. So please delete any extras — taking off any attached items, of course — and the missing mails should appear afterwards.

If you have some old mails that are not from Arena, delete them. There are limits on how many mails you can have in the box ( The one from NPCs and ANet doesn’t count ). Once you clear the mailbox, they might show up.
