I installed the game this morning and I have a problem, I cant log in beacuse

’The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. for additional support, please visit our support page”

like thing I cant get rid of it I looked everywhere and I tried every possibly solution to fix this problem. still cant login This game kiddn me right ? I am really angry now pls help me for this problem thank ya

any ideas pls otherwise I will refund the game

I’m having the same issue right now, I think their log in server is having problems.

game client has still error problem…

As stated it’s likely your firewall blocking ports required for GW2 to run.

Whatever Antivirus or firewall solution you have – you should temporarily disable it while GW2 is completely closed then try opening GW2 again.

If it starts to work then it is a firewall issue so you need to go to the company site ie AVG and start looking into opening ports. Or look into ‘learning mode.’

Note: Learning Mode should be disabled after a successful launch of the game as it’s dangerous keeping it running.
