I have been trying for over a month to get some gems. I have tried buying them with my Card, but received error messages (often differing ones). I have also tried excahnging Gold, but every time I Load the exchange it refuses to work, not loading up properly.
I’ve have don a Repair. I have searched forums for solutions. I’ve put in a ticket (no reply from ANET at all).
Can someone offer some help. I don’t know what’s going on and i want to support the game with my $$, but I can’t.
