I don’t have a GW1 account
Oceanic
Daily, both NA prime times and Oceanic prime times

The errors started happening after the March 18 patch, and has yet to be resolved.
Already sent a ticket and did what the tech requested in the email, including log of the network diagnostics and the log generated by Hijackthis. (By the way, assuming that I have possibly malicious software interfering with the client is downright insulting and only shows a lack of competence. Just saying.)

- Timezone: GMT -3:00 (Brazil, Brasília, São Paulo).
Generally Monday to Friday I play from 19:00 to 23:00 hs. On Weekends from 7:00 pm to 23 pm.

Today less than 30 minutes into the game, got disconnected 12 times the game … and I believe that the problem is not with the firewall on my PC or AV, because I have disabled the firewall on both.
Please help me … I do not know what else to do.

I do not have original Guild Wars
Where are you playing Guild Wars 2 from?
Singapore ( South East Asia )
At what time and in which time zone do you play Guild Wars 2?
6-7pm+ to around Midnight. I’m in GMT+8 timezone.

Disconnected more than 3 times in the past 5 minutes. It’s been the same since I came back to GW2 about 1 week ago. I get more than 10 disconnections every 15-20 minutes.

I have no problem playing other games.

I play all hours, im kicked more so during SPvP then anywhere else. I can spectate matches fine, but soon as I enter and fight im kicked. I can walk around idle but when I preform skills ill most likely be kicked.

Central time zone, can be anytime when I’m off from work: morning, afternoon, evening, night

Logging into my account and character is no issue

Despite having continuous connectivity issues for the past couple weeks, I was magically able to play the game for a good amount of time tonight. I noticed that the lag and disconnects only happened when people were around me regardless of if I’m in a city or outside exploring. I was able to play through two instances in my story mode with minimal lag.

Lag only started happening after yesterday’s patch, used to be all good
