Someone I know wants to reclaim his Account because he can’t get past the Authenticator.

The issues are following:
- The E-Mail for the account does not exist anymore
- He doesn’t know if he entered his real information or pseude etc.

What he can provide to prove:
- The E-Mail address
- All connected GW1 Keys to the account
- Login-Name + Number
- Password
- at least 2 character names on the account

Would that be enough in a ticket to reclaim the account or is he out of luck on this one?

They will have to submit a support ticket and ask. Of course if they can gather any more information related to their account such as their GW2 key, that would help as well.

I hope he can access his account.

But this is why people should always put in their real information. It can actually come and bite you in the rear when you don’t.
