I’ve been getting an invalid password/account name error every couple of days for a week now. I have never had this problem before, it started doing this around Oct. 28th. I use the options, “remember account name” and “remember password,” and log in and out numerous times without error then randomly it errors. It wont let me log in, when I KNOW for a fact that I have precisely entered my CORRECT account name and password without spaces before or after.

What is the problem? Why am I getting this error? I’m getting annoyed with having to get my serial out and reset my password every couple of days.

This may be the ‘game forgets password’ bug. All you can do right now is send in a ticket reporting it.

And I can sympathize. I seem to have the same bug. I’ve had to reset my password twice on the last few days.
