I login to my account and hit support, it asks me to login before I can make a ticket, so I login again and it takes me to my account page where I hit support and guess what it asks me to login so I do and guess what, it takes me back to my account page????

Is this a bug or a feature?

You can create a Support Ticket without logging in. Just use the anonymous option. It makes absolutely no difference with regards to CS Support if you log in or use the anonymous option.

Thank you, it is just that it says it will take longer to process ticket if not logged in and right now I can’t play till I get something fixed.

Well, it doesn’t, not really. The only thing logging in really does is sometimes posts your tickets for review on a page for you to view.

If you want to contact the CS Team and you are encountering the log-in loop bug, your only choice is to use the anonymous option. Unless, of course, you’d like to wait for them to fix the bug that’s been there for many months.

Do be aware: Due to increased volume at this time, responses may be slower than usual.

I created my account and bought both expansions but am having some bad issues. I created the ticket and received the email that says they will get to it as soon as possible, but the username “Name.1234” is not mine nor what I have on my account that I just made.

So now I worry if it will get fixed. I guess I just cross my fingers and wait.

If you reply to the e-mail you received in relation to this ticket, you can update to include more information, or ask for an update on the situation. In the meantime, if you share your ticket (incident) number, I will see if I can look at it, although it will require CS to address it.

(6501042: Server Transfer) Could you tell them I stall can’t login to create a ticket on my account, I am in some kind of loop.

You’re going to have to wait until customer service gets to your ticket.

Gaile only stepped in here because the OP was having problems creating a ticket in the first place and when it did get created, it seemed to attach it to another player’s account. And even Gaile said that customer service would have to be the ones to answer the question in his ticket.

That’s not entirely surprising. It’s pretty common for support departments to deal with an influx of thousands of tickets when a new release becomes available, and it’s also possible they’re prioritising certain kinds of tickets. I’d normally recommend one ticket per issue so they can resolve the easy bits more quickly.
