I reinstalled the game today because I had disconnected issue before. Log into the game. Then in a couple minutes(not even 2 minutes), the game server keeps kicking me out. My screen went black. Get disconnected. Today I even spent 500 Gems and transferred to another home world. The game client still keeps kicking me out. Please help. I am running Mac Guild Wars 2 64-bit.app in San Francisco.

The game client lost its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again. (Code=7:11:3:191:101)

All NA servers are hosted in Texas, while all EU servers are in Germany. Transferring within the same region isn’t going to make a difference.

You can use PingPlotter to constantly ping the servers (64.25.38.185), which should reveal where along the route it may be dropping packets. If it is, the problem is outside of your control and you’ll need to use a VPN take a detour around problem.

Try running the game on port 80 or 443 using the -clientport option, just in case.
