It used to crash only after downloading files for a little bit, now It refuses to work at all. I am now completly unable to play the game at all.

It is bull how there are multiple instances of this same type of issue being submitted on these forums for mac people and not a single solitary person responds from Anet yet 1 person running windows and omfg lets just drop what we are doing. SMH

Because if you need support, you’re supposed to submit a ticket. The forums isn’t the place where they can give support all the time. The amount of posts they get is too many for any team to be able to handle.

If you really need help, submit a ticket. Michael has even said there is Mac support agents.
