About 2 weeks ago (12 days now) I messed up the legendary armor recipe by buying Legendary Insignias since they specifically say they’re used to craft Envoy Armor.
The rest is just a mess of me finishing all the gifts and realizing I messed up. So I’m out of LI’s. Submitted ticket. 5 days in I get a response that they have to send it to another team. And another 7 days in now and nothing. Is there a way I can have someone look at the ticket please? Watching my inventory full of gifts ready to finish the armor is heart breaking…
I figured maybe posting it on forum will give me a better shot at getting it resolved.

You can update your ticket, and ask about your issue. Unfortunately, the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’ has been removed.
