Guild Wars 2

I have sent 2 separate request in the support area. No one has answered me for days.
I can not log in.
I bought the full version of the game. Registered and downloaded the game.
I go to log in and I get an error message.

I need some help !

You might try posting in Tech Support, including any details such as any error codes that the game might give you. Check that forum for people with the same problem. It might have a fix suggested in that thread.

For this post, if you made a ticket you should update it and add the ticket number.

If you made more than one ticket, close the second one and update the first saying you have not received any help yet.
