Guild Wars 2

Everyone is talking about the ddos thing and everyone is getting disconnected but i havent seen any of that but my fps is at max 15 in an empty room. i used to get at least 40 still not that good…. is this ddos giving me fps drop or something else wrong?

Specs: intel i-5 3570k
crappy r7 260x gpu (gets the job done for planet side 2 though)

i have same problem used to have 50+fps and now 15 wvw unplayable

Do you get it everywhere or just WvW cuz i get it everywhere like EVERYWHERE

its like i play tpvp and few games its ok then boom and im at 6 fps soo not only wvw i dont play pve so cannot tell
