Since the patch and servers went live after they were down I have been getting constant lag spikes (from 50-80 to 200-4,000 ping) followed by DCs and login server DCs.
Internet connection seems to be fine and other games have normal ping.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a known fix for it?

Same here, having some huge ping increase since i patched a few minutes ago

Been getting ridiculous intermittent lag spikes since the patch making any kind of competitive or challenging content borderline unplayable. A lot of it doesn’t even register in the ping calculator in-game. I’ll have normal ping while being frozen for 2-10 seconds. Sometimes I’ll see other players moving/attacking normally and other times everyone will be frozen. Really frustrating.

Same story here i normally have 100 ping max but the last few days i have seen the numbers jump to 1000s to even 2783 i dunno maybe it has something to do with the server crash. hopefully gets fixed before the beta weekend otherwise i wont be playing

I been seeing this since the Sl patch, but it was strictly to sirens landing but now its all over the place, I monitored my ping which i didn’t see some of the spikes you all did in the short time I went out , and this was in metrica prinvince, orr, verdant brinks, etc my ping was going from 40 to 500 just randomly and it wasn’t just the meter misreading i could feel it in game, when i was doing the Sirens landing stuff , had significant high ping spikes where it was just unplayable, It makes me not want to pre order the expansion until its fixed , the servers aren’t responding well to something now they need to check the servers , as well as the code. also im on the US server and before my pings were running 45 to 89 max and sometimes 100 in LA.

I have not noticed this or these so called lag spikes you all speak of. for the last day since the crash deal day events lol . are you doing any thing like streaming music ? or maybe looking stuff up on the wikki and forgetting you left your browsers open while playing the game ? are you running them things called chat apps like discord and team speak ? or maybe the new windows 10 update that just came out yesterday ? or you maybe need to update a driver of some sort ? or your fire walls are set to low ? just some things I noted and seen giving other people problems as of late mostly has been discord while others had their firewalls set to low .and only a few so far with the windows10 has had only small problems with that

Same. I’ve been unable to even do my dailies… This is bad. :/ I finally get in game after 30 tries and almost immediately kicked.

Side note: Seems like my lag spikes are kicking me when in Black Citadel as I was trying to do home instance for daily gathering. Seems I am fine in other maps.
