I right click-reported someone who called me a homophobic slur in a PvP match, but I want to know, is there is a more formal way to report the player to ArenaNet community moderators so I could attach screenshots?

Just explain to them what happened, including the other person’s name. I don’t know if there’s a way to directly attach your screenshots to the ticket, but you could always upload them to something like imgur and paste the links into your ticket.

If you submit a ticket, you can reply to the automated response to attach a screenshot as well. Right-click report is usually enough though, they will see the chat logs.
