On the new log in screen I type in my email address, the same email address I have used for many years and below it pops up the question did you mean xxxxxx.net? (where the xxxxxx is the start of my email address)
Do you have something against a European top level domain that has existed for nine years?
Why assume a non-us top level domain is invalid?
Why is it questioning an email address that is in your database?
Is this a sign of programming competence or incompetence?

I think the parsing routine that prompts this needs some work…..

It seems a bit silly, yeah. Why is it suggesting .net for my .de address? Why not .com? Why suggest anything at all? Go home, login box, you’re drunk :P

When I type my address xxxxxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.se it asks if I meant yahoo.de – seems it just doesn’t like us living in our own countries

Living in Europe and using an email address with my national top level domain that has neither “c” nor “a” in it, I keep getting asked if I mean my address @ “.ca”.

Canada? How random is that?
