How long is normal times for support to answer tickets? i have waited for 9 days now and no reply at all?

I got an automated reply to my email, but zero response on the ticket it self, i read that they had a backlog but almost 10 days since i sent it in, should not take this long, and with the new expansion coming soon they need to hire more people to support.

My issue was not game breaking i can login and play the game but imagine people that have major issues and cant even play the game? As a new player to the game i would not sit around for 10 days and wait i would just go on and play something else and forget about the game.

This is pretty bad imh.

I’d be like “They just announced an expansion pack, they’re probably swamped with tickets.” and be patient. I’d also go to their forums and check it out and see if anything’s been posted.

I’m in the same boat, and it’s kind of ridiculous. It’s been almost six days for me.
