Not very encouraging… seems like this is the time to try and be responsive to your customers with the expansion coming out soon and all. I’ve also had a ticket in for a little over a week and have heard nothing back expect for the automated response. Very upsetting, I realize this is a “free to play” game, but that doesn’t mean you should have no customer service options for your players and customers.
free to try but buy to play mate not free to play.
I also have a ticket since a few days ago unanswered, which is annoying, but usually (as this is not my first ticket) they only take a day or two to answer, so lets just hope its a temporary situation and they will be quicker soon.

@ Linken, True. I just said it that way because for some reason (some) people are of the opinion that if you don’t pay a monthly sub. then you’re a peasant and not worthy of customer service. I hope they start dealing with their tickets. I mean I know the expansion is exciting and all but dang you still have players playing the game as it is….
Let’s hope this is temporary, agreed.
