Yesterday I paid 600gems to get an extra bank tab but the bank size is the same and have not gotten any mail. My gems are gone though…..Any help.

Are you sure you have room for the email?

You can only hold 10 personal emails, so try deleting some.

Note for bank slots, I prefer buying them from the bank screen – no need to use an item in the mail.
