Hello,

I haven’t played Guildwars in four month and my laptop was wiped whilst away. So today I go back to log in and have forgotten my password; obviously I went to reset the password and as it turns out I need the serial number for my game which was lovingly sent to my e-mail address, the problem being I no longer have the e-mail containing the number, so the question is, where do I go from here?

You can try sending a support ticket to ArenaNet and see what they have to say on the matter. Maybe they can verify you and your account via different methods.
