If you bought it from the web store did you add the key to your account via the “My Account” page? Also if you are talking about the 4000 gems included with Ultimate they are are delayed up to 72 hours as stated on the sales page.

Only gems are submited after 72hrs. I did that. Everything is submitted to my account. And i got only HoT active…?
Well expansion is out in a month so you cant play that right now
I just activated PoF but im waiting for a patch;)
Path of Fire will release on September 22nd. Unless there is another Demo weekend/day, you won’t be able to access the content until then.
