I know it’s been a long time since the game was released, but my life has been crazy the last few months. I preordered the deluxe edition back in April as a birthday present. I played in the beta weekends and I really enjoyed the game. I assumed I would get an e-mail at game release to remind me how, when, and where to pick up my hard copy of the game. Because of life changes I have not had a computer to play the game and when I contacted a few retailers the had no idea what I should do about getting the hard copy. I still have my e-mailed receipt and account information. I know it’s a little late, but is there any possible way to still get my hard copy of the game?

The deluxe edition is purely digital, meaning there is no hard copy.

The only hard copies are the standard edition bought from a store / online store like amazon etc. The collectors edition was a hard copy too, but has the much higher price tag.

Since you played in betas, just run the client to get all the updates, log in and you’re good to go.

And if you don’t have the client you can download it from GW2. Log in on the web site and then go to my account and on the left will be an option to download the client.
