[RESOLVED] Tickets get closed before i get Reply why?

Hello Gm’s Players and other chatters on the forums,

I made a ticket 3 times now in 7 days and every time it gets this message “This Ticket is closed for comments. You can create a follow-up.”
With out had any response or reply’s … what is this and why does my ticket gets closed?
I need answers

You would have to ask the CS Team.

If they are duplicate tickets for an issue already submitted, they would be merged(closed). If the CS Team has already addressed the issue previously, and stated the matter is closed, they would be closed.

You need to update a ticket within (I think) five to seven days, or else it gets closed automatically. Since support is currently handling an overload of requests, it is wise to do that as they won’t get back to you anytime soon.

Interesting. That means everything before that has deliberately been closed. I only had this happen to me once, and it was not even two weeks from ticket creation date.

The most recent ticket that I see in the system from this account is #6541416, which was submitted on August 18th and closed, at your requested, last Thursday as a resolved issue. Your ticket of August 22 is open and will receive a response. Your third most recent ticket of August 9th received an answer, which you acknowledged, on August 18.

If you believe you submitted other tickets, they are not in the system.

Hello Gw2 Support ,

This is the last ticket i wrote Ticket #6566717

and these are the others i wrote and never got an answer on : ID
6559384 and ID
6555190 and ID
6551667 so i do have tickets on my account who didnt have an answer before getting closed .
